I work contract free, which means we are not restricted by the limits that the insurance companies set for the provision of health care and I am able to offer you the specialised, professional and evidence-based attuned care that suits your unique background and needs. In 2025 this entails that the insurance will reimburse the largest percentage of the NZa fee, and a personal contribution may apply. If the mental health care is eligible for reimbursement, you will pay the compulsory excess, provided that these costs haven\u2019t already been paid for other health care services. Please check your personal status and information with your insurance.<\/p>\n It\u2019s possible to privately pay for our services. In this case, no information will be shared with your insurance company and you don\u2019t need a referral letter from your doctor. If you don\u2019t cancel an intake session on time, you will receive an invoice for \u20ac 160,- (+ 21% VAT). If you don\u2019t show up at a meeting (no show), or cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged \u20ac 80,- (+ 21% VAT) per missed meeting. To be eligible for reimbursement by your (Dutch) health care insurance, you need a referral letter from your medical doctor \/ general practitioner (NL: huisarts). Depending on your health care insurance provider and type of insurance, you will get 50-100% reimbursed. Please contact your insurance before you start your intake procedure about the amount\/percentage which will be reimbursed and the potential remaining personal contribution.<\/p>\n
Many employers are also willing to pay for therapeutic, coaching, training or integration sessions. You can discuss this with your company doctor, case manager, manager or HR manager. If you qualify for reimbursement by your company, we will send an invoice for the requested modality of care to your employer. Invoicing and payment<\/h1>\n
Invoices for reimbursed health care will be sent each month and payments are due within 14 days of billing date. You are responsible for the timely full payment of the invoice to Mindbloom and submitting the invoice to your insurance or employer for reimbursement.<\/p>\n
If you qualify for reimbursement by your company, we will send an invoice for the requested modality of care to your employer. This invoice needs to be paid before the start of our trajectory. The costs of our trajectory are deductible for company tax.<\/p>\n
If you decide to privately pay for our sessions, there are two options:<\/p>\n\n
